Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle seven watermelon balls with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well to blend and chill. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with the remaining watermelon ball on a festive skewer.

3 measures Barefoot Pinot Grigio
¾ measure Triple Sec
¼ measure watermelon Schnapps
½ measure lemon juice
8 – 1 inch watermelon cubes or balls
