Chicken a la Barefoot
Directions
Heat oil in medium skillet. While oil heats mix salt & pepper into flour and dredge chicken. Saute chicken in pan and after browning first side, turn chicken and squeeze lemon on it then add capers and wine. As the chicken cooks, the sauce will form and reduce.
Ingredients
1 cup Barefoot Pinot Grigio
2 Chicken Breasts pounded flat and thin
1 Lemon cut in wedges
2 TBL capers 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup flour
Salt & Pepper
4 TBL Oil of your choice
