Garlic Spinach with Mushrooms
Directions
Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a bit of olive oil in a sauce pan. Add Barefoot Pinot Grigio and continue to saute till onions are translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, add spinach and saute till wilted. Yum!

1 - 15 oz package chopped, cleaned mushrooms
10 oz fresh spinach
chopped onion
chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1/2 cup Barefoot Pinot Grigio
