Directions

Add the pineapple-coconut rum, limeade or lemonade (I use limeade) and Barefoot Moscato
Garnish with pineapple, lemon, lime, orange, mint, or your favorit fruit.
Can be served over the rocks, straight up or frozen.
This is for an 8oz. cocktail glass. Can be doubled and/or made for a party.

This is a twist on what my family calls my summer drink, Mama Rissa. I started making my Mama Rissa about 6 years ago for family cookouts and our annual Ladies of July party. So I decided to experiment with the recipe and try it with Barefoot Moscato for this year's cookouts and annual party. It turned out awesome for me. Now the next step is to serve it to my guests (aka: my guinea pigs) in July.

Ingredients

1 oz pineapple-coconut rum
2 oz limeade
6 oz Moscato
Pineapple, lemon, lime, orange, mint, or your favorit fruit for garnish.
