Spice Rum Sipper

Spiced Rum ‘N Pear Sipper
Spice up your winter nights with this smooth, sweet and cozy wine cocktail. It’s the perfect sipper to enjoy while wrapping (or unwrapping) gifts! And with just four ingredients and two easy steps, this wine cocktail takes “easy to love” to a whole new level.

Ingredients:
3 oz Barefoot Moscato
1 ½ oz pear juice
1 oz spiced rum
dash of cinnamon

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice.
 Shake well and strain into an ice-filled glass.

Pear Fizz
Did you know that gifting pears is a holiday tradition? That’s why we’re adding this juicy and delicious, sugar-rimmed wine cocktail to the mix! Simple to make, festive, and refreshing, this crowd-pleaser makes hosting the holidays a piece of cake.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz gin
1 oz pear juice
2 oz Barefoot Pear Fruitscato
1 tsp simple syrup
Sparkling water
Sugar and cinnamon (for rim)
Dried pear for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
Rim a chilled glass with lime, then dip into sugar mixture.
Add gin, pear juice, and Pear Fruitscato to an ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a dried pear slice.

Wintery Mixer
When it’s chilly outside, enjoy a chilled glass by the fire! This juicy sparkling wine cocktail bursts with holiday flavors of cranberry and pear and has quickly become one of our wintertime faves. Festive in any glass (so no worries if you don’t have an Old-Fashioned glass) pop in a cinnamon stick and add this wine cocktail to your holiday wish list.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz pear juice
¾ oz apple juice
½ oz cranberry juice
3 oz Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry Sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon wedge (for rim)

Directions:
Mix equal parts cinnamon, sugar, & nutmeg on a plate. 
 Rim a chilled glass with lemon, then dip into sugar mixture. Add juices and ice into a shaker. Shake, then strain into glass. Top with Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

French Twist
Ring in the new year with our delicious twist on a holiday classic! The perfect balance of sweet and tart, this easy-to-make sparkling wine cocktail is best poured before the clock strikes twelve, so you can enjoy some bubbly wine right when the ball drops.

Ingredients:
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz New Amsterdam Gin
3 oz Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvée

Directions:
Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin in a shaker with ice.
Shake, then strain into a glass.
Top with Bubbly. Garnish with a lemon curl.

Ingredients:
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz New Amsterdam Pink Whitney Vodka
2-3 oz Barefoot Bubbly Brut Rosé
Grapefruit slice

Directions:
Fill a glass with ice, then add grapefruit juice and vodka.
Top with Bubbly Brut Rosé and gently stir.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
