PINOT HOT COCOA
It’s like everything you enjoy about winter blended together in one deliciously decadent mug of red wine hot chocolate!
INGREDIENTS
Yields 4-5 servings
¾ cup Barefoot Pinot Noir
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz can evaporated milk
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream and marshmallows, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except the wine and garnish in a large saucepan and heat over a low heat.
Keep stirring until chocolate chips are completely melted and mixture is heated through, then remove from heat.
Slowly whisk Pinot Noir into chocolate mixture, pour into mugs and top with a generous serving of cream and marshmallows.
